Download the application form to mail or fax to us at 9209 5739. We will then send official enrolment forms in the mail to you.

Official Holmesglen Institute of TAFE enrolment forms and attachments will be sent out to you in the mail. You can contact us on 03 9209 5625 to have forms prepared for pickup at the Information Offices at either Chadstone or Moorabbin campus.
